Cancellation policy:

 

Client cancels within 18 hours: 20% fee of the non-discounted price

Client cancels within 24 to 18 hours: 15% fee of the non-discounted price

The client does not show: full charge (billed)

Terms and payments are subject to change. Session services are available only after an initial consultation and/or audition. Services are offered based on the merit and/or the evaluation of the potential talent of a prospective client. The client must be accepted into the voice studio (either ongoing or temporarily) before services are offered. There is no long-term contractual obligation. There is no fee for canceling a session with more than 24-hour advanced notice. Sessions are unavailable to clients with an outstanding account balance. A client that arrives 10 minutes or later to a scheduled session will be considered a  "no-show,"  the session will be forfeited, and a non-discounted full payment will be billed.
